The company's shipping needs improvement. A week after ordering I sent a message to see when it would be shipped. Received no response but the same day a shopping label was created but the item continued to not be shipped. A week after label was created I sent another message asking when it would actually ship out. Again, received no response but the item was actually shipped out the next day. It should not have taken all of this to get an item. Feel like if I hadn't sent messages I still would not have the item.
