I used to love CA and ordered weekly. However, now that almost all products are brand related (Disney, Harry Potter, Powerpuff Girls…) i am entirely frustrated, disappointed and fed up. There used to be a nice variety of original designs and products AND mass brand related products. Now, the only original products offered are 95% clear stone rings. Only a couple products offer colored stones or any theme outside of a big brand. In addition, it’s clear and obvious you guys are simply reusing old stock for both products and jewelry. Repackaging a product doesn’t make it new. Especially for long time loyal customers like me who know first hand about what’s been offered in the past. The products this Christmas were an insulting joke. Everything was from last Christmas!! I only bought the advent calendar’s because i could get them at 60% off and they weren’t brand themed. I will never buy brand themes and it’s very clear that that’s where the emphasis is. It’s been like this for years now. Just rolling out Disney and HP.. you are alienating loyal customers like me. I always loved CA for its individuality and originality. All of that doesn’t exist in this company anymore. My absolute favorite company has now sold out to big names brands.. Unfortunately, you’ve basically lost me already. I do not feel like you care about ALL of your loyal, long time customers. You sold out long ago. In all reality, if things were as they were, i absolutely recommend this company. Now, i don’t recommend this company at all. I actually tell people to stay away. I marked maybe in the survey because i may recommend CA to Disney lovers, if i knew some. I highly recommend rethinking the structure of this company. If you’re going to keep offering what you are, you’re pigeonholing yourselves and losing money because of it. It’s an insult to those of us that have spent a fortune and been loyal for MANY years like me. Please stop ruining what I love. Please don’t take away my joy that i had in a lovely product with a beautiful bonus. Please stop ignoring those of us that have voiced our concerns many times. Please be more transparent as to why you’re doing what you are. Money tight? Just say so. Restructuring the company? Fine, just say so. Closing stores? Just say so. Stop pretending everything is normal. Stop being deceptive and treat your customers with respect and honesty. Be what you started. Be original and hey, may trailblazer a little?! Don’t sell out and don’t be prejudice. It really isn’t that hard and your customers will rally if you make them feel like you care. But, I’m wasting my time. Me and many others have said this for years. I guess i’m just done wasting my time and am beyond done supporting this company. Thank you for saving me money i guess..
