The order took some time to arrive - when I contacted them they found a problem with the transition from their end to the delivery company. They therefore sent another pair which arrived quickly. The scissors were shorter than I expected, but so sharp. I have never used professional grade (even at this entry level) and it felt really good. I only cut one person's hair! They provided a sharpener with the scissors and advised how to care for the scissors
