Main thing is the shipping problem. Your website says 3-5 business days, but 13 days had gone by and nothing. Emailed to find out why, got an automated response. Waited couple more days, emailed again, same thing. Finally it shipped, took over 15 days to ship when it was in stock and was supposed to get here before Christmas and it didnt.
