Customer service was dreadful. Often not responding. Lost previous communications. Frequently I had to chase up progress. Wrong pieces sent in spite of photos and videos being sent. Prices unclear. It took over 6 months to replace three standard leg clamps that had failed on my tripod. I am very disappointed.
