I’ve been a loyal customer, having ordered plenty of great products from ulanzi in the past. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing. The item I received was defective, and despite reaching out multiple times via ulanzi customer service email and even their Facebook page, I have received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and not what I’ve come to expect from this company. It’s also impossible to ever redeem any of the ulanzi bucks, anytime I try using them it always says the items are not eligible.
