Ulanzi's shipping speed was soooo slow; I waited FIVE WEEKS for my order, only to then be told by USPS that the package had been seized because Ulanzi (or their shipping agent) used counterfeit postage. When I contacted Ulanzi customer service, they ignored that the package had been confiscated and told me to "wait a few more days." When I asked for a refund they refused, so I had to challenge the transaction on my credit card.
