Very easy to navigate their website. Not sure I would use usps for deliveries. The cylinder container was broke in half and taped. My heart dropped thinking the rod was snapped in half but it arrived in perfect condition πŸ™ Love the rod so if another grandchild arrives I will order another custom rod.
