You need to improve your delivery service and customer service.
I have still not received one of the items I ordered on 11/12/25 which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. When I complained via email I was told I had received it. When I disputed this they then said they have long delivery times of 3 to 4 weeks which is stated on their site. If it is it isn’t very obvious!!!! I asked for a refund and have been refused and ignored.
In addition the item I did receive is of poor quality and noting like the photograph.
Be warned - never shop with this company!!! I will never shop with them again.
