Good costumer service and an overall a great experience. When I first put in my order I got an e-mail from one of the engineers, saying that they wanted to setup an appointment over the phone with me and be able to listen to what I wanted my PC to do. Afterward they then sent another e-mail with recommendations not just for specs but also looks to match the setup that I had for it. Since I first got it, it's been an absolute blast. DL;DR Overall a great choice for your next custom PC.
