I will say, reaching out to customer service wasn't great. I emailed the specific address provided in the confirmation email if I needed to reach out to, and I received no response. I ended up reaching out through Instagram and the person on the other end was very abrasive and came off as rude and disrespectful. I will admit that I was able to resolve the issue with the brand rep, but I'm not sure I will repurchase from Retro Stage anytime soon.
