If you want my business then dont hamstring me into buying more stuff after I want a return. I paid the shipping to buy it and it took 10 days, I'm not paying shipping to send it back for the "full refund." Then when the alternative options are only to get a partial reimbursement or a credit to buy more stuff I would rather shop elsewhere.
