I ordered my dress and earrings on 2/1, they arrived on 2/17. Immediately after opening the earrings broke, and the dress was terrible quality. I emailed immediately asking for a return/refund and was asked to provide my name, order number and email. I replied right away that night. The next day I emailed again asking for further guidance. No reply. I emailed two more times, no reply. I finally got a snarky reply today saying to check my junk, when they never replied in the first place. Terrible
