I would give a ZERO STAR REVIEW if I could. My wife ordered a dress that ran small. We wanted to exchange it. It took me FIVE phone calls and NINE emails to get responses and then I got this: "About the exchange, you need to pay the return shipping fee and the resend shipping fee for the exchange. It will take a long time. How about I create a new order for you? You only need to pay 16 USD, and I will resend" - worst so-called CUSTOMER SERVICE of all time. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered my dress and earrings on 2/1, they arrived on 2/17. Immediately after opening the earrings broke, and the dress was terrible quality. I emailed immediately asking for a return/refund and was asked to provide my name, order number and email. I replied right away that night. The next day I emailed again asking for further guidance. No reply. I emailed two more times, no reply. I finally got a snarky reply today saying to check my junk, when they never replied in the first place. Terrible

I don’t know if they changed the manufacturer but it’s no where near the quality of about two years ago. I will not be shopping with retro stage again. Super disappointed.
