I tried to cancel the order the day after I ordered it feeling immediate and justified regret. I sent two or three emails asking for a refund so I could try something else from yr company but was ignored. I recieved a couple emails about a week later confirming my order, new shipping address, and an arrival date. I relented after realizing by the time I got it, it would be past the return date so even just a refund was not an option. It did arrive by the expected day so shipping is on the ball!

One of the dresses I bought was disassembled and I have had to take the collar off and place it correctly on the front of the dress… Good thing I know how to sew. One of the other dresses that I bought will definitely need to be altered, but that might just be a sizing thing. I really like the blue Somer dress that I bought. It fits well in the fabric is nice.

Thus far, I've only received 3 of the 4 suits I ordered 5 weeks ago. One of those fit fine. Another was too small. The third had a bikini bottom, not a cute, retro boy cut as pictured. I've reached out to initiate the refund process for the two, but haven't heard back. I feel really scammed at this point.
