Pretty straightforward and fast. I think it shipped from somewhere in California, but didn’t realize till it got here and I was charged an international shipping/handling fee that this gate is made in china/asia. As with most gates and things. If I ever have to reach out to customer support, I will further update my review.

Some of the descriptions were not clear. We were torn between 2 products, the only real difference was one was labeled as "wide", but the product description did not present dimensions in a consistent way that made it easy to compare, and ironically the one that was not marked "wide" appeared to have a wider door frame? Very confusing stuff.
