For the most part, I’ve been happy with my artist choice subscription. I think that the order method is confusing. I think I finally figured it out, but I wasn’t sure how to do it and Last month, I did not put it into the correct cart and so I was sent the curated box. The items were not in my genre of art. Some of the items I will use, but two the items were less than $2. One was a school pencil!

So far SketchBox is a lot of fun and has opened my eyes to a lot more tricks and tools to add to my art practice. Shipping is prompt and customer service is responsive and helpful. The only caveat is that it's not always clear how to get advertised deals or which is the best when multiple offers come at you at once. Transparency could be improved.
