It’s been more than a month since I placed my order and I still haven’t received it. The only reply I keep getting from customer support is “I truly understand your frustration,” without providing any real solution or update. At this point I’m seriously wondering whether this is a legitimate service or a scam. Very disappointing experience.

It wasn't super smooth, but ended up okay in the end.
My credit card was charged and there was no information about my shipment. On the second time I reached out, someone responded to me and let me know that my order was being processed. Again, I had to reach out to get shipping information, it wasn't sent automatically.
The boxes were packed very full - some of the packaging was bent because of how it was packed, but it should still be usable.
