Very disappointing customer service. I was sent the wrong ring and contacted the company straight away. They asked for photos, which I promptly provided, but then took 12 days to respond. Their eventual reply was simply a postal address for me to return the item, expecting me to pay the return costs for their mistake. The ring was needed as an Eid gift for my daughter, so the delay made the situation even more frustrating. Poor communication, slow response times, and no real effor

I ordered few gifts and opted in for quick delivery 24tracked which cost additional £9. The items took over 5 days to arrive. During these days I reached out 3 times on the website, once via email and once on instagram. Not once got a reply. I reached out again as I wanted to return 1 item and yet again no response. I have never seen such poor service. They have no telephone number now im stuck with an item that I no longer want. Stay away unless you want to waste your money.
