I was dissatisfied with my experience as well as how the situation was handled. Given the lack of warning about additional duties especially with them being included at checkout and when the question mark at the duty portion not indicating more would be charged I feel the company could improve by including no duty and saying it will be charged later or including it all. It’s the illusion that it’s included that feels deceitful and dissuades me from recommending or purchasing again
