Disappointed with Online Store Service
As a loyal Miami Heat fan and regular ticket holder, I expected much better from the Miami Heat online store. I placed an order, but my package never arrived. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to take responsibility, offering neither a refund nor a replacement.
This is especially frustrating since I’ve successfully ordered from their store before without issues. As someone who supports the team both online and in person, this experience has left a bad taste. Customer service should reflect the same excellence we see on the court. Extremely disappointed and hesitant to order from here again.
