I’m beyond disappointed. I bought this humidifier on January 2025, and it worked beautifully at first—but then it broke. I did all the troubleshooting I could find online and contacted customer support. They sent me a replacement oscillator, but it didn’t work at all. Now, I’m out of warranty, and they won’t offer any solution. I feel like I wasted my money on a product I really loved—until it failed. I’m so sad and let down by this whole experience.
