Been fighting with Customer Service who come back with multiple, we need this. We need that questions, videos and photographs requests.
Videos have to be a certain size, so if you’re not a videographer or have video editing services, good luck
The photos aren’t good enough, it’s taken them days to acknowledge and send out replacement parts.
