I live in the US Virgin Islands. When accessing their site from the USVI, I was pushed to the Canadian site. Trying to order from their I always got an 'unavailable' message. I established a VPN that linked to a continental US IP address. Once I did that, ordering and delivering via USPS to the USVI (yes, we're actually STILL in the United States...) was no problem. Seems like unnecessary hoops to jump through, but that was my experience.
