While the soaps are phenomenal, the turn around time for delivery is horrendous! I ordered soap on November 10, 2024. Today is December 12, 2024 and my order has yet to arrive. I cannot understand this delivery process. If I need to physically pick up my order, I prefer that. Waiting over a month for a paid in full order is awful customer service.
