I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product looks cheap and nothing like what was advertised — it feels like a knockoff. To make matters worse, I tried to cancel my order immediately after purchasing, but customer service completely ignored my request. On top of everything, I had to pay over $32 out of pocket just to return it. This entire experience has been frustrating and completely unacceptable.
