Esperaba regalar una experiencia de lujo, pero ni rastro de mi orden.

I ordered it on December 2nd, but got only January 15th. It was a present for a Christmas to my boyfriend, so he left without present. For this price, the product should look presentable and the delivery should be better. I can order cheap products directly from China myself. Totally disappointed

Postage took quite a while and when I enquired I was told it hadn't left yet even though I'd had an email confirming it had been shipped a a couple of weeks earlier. Anyways, it then came within the timeframe I was told. Quality not awesome but probably ok for money

Das Produkt kam unvollständig an. Keine Bedienungsanleitung und auch kein Gas im Gasanzünder. Keine Schutzhülle, die Holzplastiken haben keinen Geruch und das Paket war auch nicht eingeschweißt.

If i were your marketing manager, I would make sure your page has more depth, one of the failpage check signaled it as dangerous and untrustable. I would advisee more communication and aim for more reviews. Make more posts on social media etc.

Sells you items not in stock. Takes ekstra money for express shipping and still my order has not arrived after well over a month in transit. Do yourself a favour and do not buy from them. I regret it.

I received my order today, but after unpacking it, it turned out that the product is defective. The rim of the smoke-producing device is crooked (wavy), does not fit tightly to the glass, and does not close fully, which makes it impossible to use the product. Additionally, there are white spots on the wood that indicate defects and make the product look unattractive and poorly made. Photos are attached. In accordance with the law, I would like to file a complaint and receive a refund.

A bit late delivery

I still haven't received my order

It took 2 moths to get my shipment. After the first month, i reached the company to see where my order was. They replied saying they were sorry, that they were out of stock, but they were working hard on my order. I said, ok please cancel my order then. I wanted it for Christmas. They said, it was just shipped and they can't cancel it... Still haven't gotten my order...

Everything looks and feels very cheap. Wouldn’t recommend

Love the experience.

The 2 torches don’t need to be broken. The smoker works well. But I had to use my own torch. Paid too much to not work right.

Took too long to receive the order. 3 1/2 weeks. Missed getting before Christmas. Customer service was sorely lacking. When I reached out for a status of the order, I received a generic generated response (twice, before sending an email explaining how unhappy I was about the lack of update on the order) and was also directed to pay for an app to check the tracking number. The product itself was good when it arrived several days after Christmas.
