The product is decent. But the way cancellations are handled is very sketchy.
According to their website, Customers have 1 hour from the time of order placement to request a cancellation. However, please note that due to our fast processing times, some orders may already be in the shipping pipeline by the time we respond to your request.
I sent out an email for cancellation within 10 minutes of placing my order. They responded the next day saying something along the lines of “Sorry for the delay in order. Hang tight you’ll get it.” After some back and forth, they finally couldn’t avoid saying that I’ve reached out more than an hour after I placed the order….
Super sketchy way of handling order. I do not recommend ordering from here at all. I found the same exact smoker on Amazon for 1/2 the price which shipped within a day. I know Amazon is a big bad and all. But hey, at least handle your cancellations properly 🤷♂️
