Garbage company, they did not help with a refund. I order 2 DVD’s that got lost in the mail and the John Schneider entertainment store decided to keep my $49 instead of giving me a refund. I provided the proof of the lost mail to them which I was told that’s all I need for refund, but still no refund! Nothing but rude Costomer service! I wouldn’t order anything from here since they do not care if you get it. Horrible service!
