The order was lost in the mail. Did not make it for Xmas. Then it took more than 2 emails and a couple of weeks to get a replacement sent out! Then when we received it another 10 days later, it was missing a part. We then had to request that part and have it sent to us which was another 2 weeks. So basically it took your company nearly 2 months to ship the entire product to us. Emails with no or late responses. very poor customer service considering it was expected for Xmas.
