Once I showed them a faulty item as it was less than 13 inches across and was meant to be 16 inches across they said it’s 16inches stretched out but the buying guide did not state it was a stretched out measurement and as a general rule these measurements are given laying flat, I’d know I’m in the industry and have been buying clothes online for years this way. They used it as an excuse to not provide fair customer service and replace the faulty item. Just another way their brand is reducing as even their fabrics some are so thin and not even cotton eek!

I probably won’t shop here again I find the sizes all over the place. All the clothes for me have been too big. And the clothes for my toddler boy are only just right and that’s sizing up.also disappointed they are made in China not New Zealand considering the price.
