Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), a customer has 14 days to withdraw and the seller must refund within 14 days of return. RIIGID is preventing the return by simply refusing to send a label — a clear violation. The product itself may be fine. The company behind it is not. If anything goes wrong with your order, you will be stuck. Buy elsewhere.

The company is a fraud! They do not process returns. They do not return your money and they are referring that “awaiting instructions from the owner on returns”. Since i received the case and didn’t like it, it took me 2 weeks to get return shipping label. And now it is more than a month since I sent it back and didn’t get any refund. They operate as a fraudulent company with no intention of any returns and you could forget about warranty too

They did well shipping. However I did not get the notice that it was at a pick up location... and the only way I found out... is I was there to pick up another shipment and saw your box with RIIGID on it. Also the shipper indicated that we were not at the location... and my husband an I were having garden work done and never left the house along for the entire week... so not sure why the delivery company said no one was there.
