Had a mishap a month ago when my beautiful bag was shipped in a used amazon box and plastic packaging tape was wrapped around bag, leaving a sticky residue that I think I was lucky enuf to remove! CS allowed a free return/exchange but I was worried that I would not get the exact replacement so I kept the bag. I have 5 Banda Bags and receive compliments ALL the time. Please don't go away! Come back with more beautiful bags!
