This was a terrible experience, and the "customer service" was shameful. We spent almost AUD$900 to purchase matching embroidered jackets for our family for Christmas. The jackets are completely the wrong size, based on the measurements on Koisea's website. There was almost no difference in size between the M, L, and 3XL. Koisea provided only a partial refund despite the jackets being falsely described on their website, and we had to spend over AUD$100 on shipping to get the partial refund. We are out of pocket around AUD$150 in unrefunded shipping, our shipping, and exchange rate charges. Koisea refuses to engage or to fix this problem. Unbelievable.
