I ordered two tactical vest and the description online and from Patriot emails State you get the tactical vest plus two free plates as you read it says to ar500 steel plates I got my vest with two foam pads in it that were irregularly cut I contacted Patriot and they're saying that it just means that the vests are compatible to hold steel plates but nowhere in the ad does it say that in bold letters it says vest plus 2 free plates
