I needed help with returns. I tried phoning so many times, but each time was put through to mail boxes which were too full to take messages. I never did manage to speak to anyone. I eventually got an email response but by that time, I had had to mail off my parcel as there was a time limit on the label and our post office would have been closed within the expiry time. It meant I had to pay for 2 lots of postage at $15 a time, which as a pensioner is a lot of money. So not a great experience.
