The designer assistance was excellent and easy. However, our board is supposed to be magnetic, and only really, really, really strong magents work. All those dry erase markers with magnets that stick to every other dry erase board? They don't stick. We like the idea of this list, we we're disappointed in a feature we purchased which just doesn't work well at all and seems like something that shouldn't be all that hard.
