Very easy to navigate the website and find what I needed. The check out process was easy but after checking out there was no further contact from the company. No acknowledgement of order and no email to advise that the order had been despatched. The dress was delivered in 3 days which was pleasing but a little more customer service would have made for a better experience and also ensured I wouldn't hesitate to shop with Scarlett and Jo again.
