The order was wrong.. I provided a screenshot showing the king-size rate was Rs. 4,499, but the product came as a single bedsheet with a price of Rs. 4,999. Because of this mistake, I had to go through unnecessary stress. As a regular customer, I initially overlooked it, thinking mistakes can happen.
However, I faced further hassle when I had to resend it. No one accepted the packing as it was, and I was asked to cover it with another cloth and wrapper, which cost me more time and money. It has now been 14 days, and there has been no cooperation from your side.
I will definitely escalate this issue to social media and send emails personally, and leave a detailed review on Google. This entire experience has been nothing short of stressful, still not received my package!!
