They have extremely pathetic customer service. I ordered 3 bedsheets and felt like I waited for centuries to receive them. Every time I contacted customer service, all I got was the same robotic reply: “Your parcel will be delivered soon, tomorrow, within 24 hours.” Well, maybe it was delivered but only in a parallel universe.
