I received a completely different dress than what was shown in the photos. The design, cut, and details were all wrong — no wrap, no belt, and the fit is awful. It looks cheap and nothing like what I ordered.
Customer service is equally disappointing: they pretend not to understand the issue and offer ridiculous solutions like a $3 refund or making me pay expensive return shipping for their mistake.
