I’ve never been more disappointed with a company’s customer service. My recent experience with Bully Bunches was incredibly frustrating. The product I received did not match the photos or description on their website and is unusable for my small dog. Instead of acknowledging the issue or taking responsibility, they insisted I pay for return shipping.
