The support tried hard but shipped me unasked for duplicates, offered a fraction of the total surprise tariff bill, pretended I had been notified when the product was not listed as subject to tariffs, and left the entire transaction unrefunded and in an unhappy state. Strongly discourage buying things from this site. They try hard but come up with all the wrong solutions given the dirty, plastic, and defect-riddled nature of their supplier.
