I bought two pairs of shoes as a gift for my mum. Unfortunately, the leather pair didn’t work for her because of problems with her feet, and we wanted to return them. However, due to the high cost of return shipping, the store very kindly allowed us to keep the shoes and still gave us a refund. I really appreciate such wonderful customer service.

Well the sizing chart I felt was wrong for uk sizes, but apart from a few difficulties navigating your site to arrange exchanges for the two items, it all went well and because you didn't want return of the originals, my local charity shop benefited. So it's a win win. Thank you
