Effortless customer service! One of my dogs fit a little snug in her size small harness, and I was able to exchange the product with no issues. A lot of companies wait until the product is fully returned before submitting the exchange, but the minute I dropped the package off to the post office, the very same day my replacement was shipped off. Like the website and the products. But all the colours of the walking bags we’re sold out when I ordered mine. Also I wanted to order the «"HEART ON MY SLEEVE" EMBROIDERED CUSTOM CREWNECK, UNISEX» but it was also sold out in the color that I wanted. But all in all good shopping experience other wise.
