I was so excited to receive this product and couldn’t wait for those amazing results I’ve read about. Unfortunately, the pod has arrived already faulty. Didn’t work since I’ve tried it the first time and neither when I’ve tried to use it the second time. Only making the buzzing noise but not vibrating or any signs of cleaning my aligners. They were still stained and dirty afterwards. I’ve followed the instructions but the pod was faulty. Not worth of £100 that for sure. Too much effort to return

Sent incorrect cleansing Pod as had ordered Pro Pod but received older Pod. Travel cleaner does not hold a set of nightguards so cannot store and travel with retainers as advertised. Complaints not dealt with satisfactorily.
