Emily was amazing, it was amazing being assigned someone instead of constantly going back and forth with random people. By far the customer service has been the best part of my experience with zima and left me super confident with future purchases. She acted perfectly, she never tried to insinuate it may have been my fault but instead jumped straight to finding a solution and treated it with urgency and professionalism.
