They posted me a cheap pair of shit boots which wasng the ones advertised, do therefore because they are wrong the company in their own terms should cover the return.. nope they dont do that, no they offer you 25% back...no thanks, in the end they offered my 75% back! No no no i dont want the boots I have i want the ones the advertised which are mountain horse, false advertising useing another brands products to get the sale. I reckon if they advertised a horse you would receive a pig 🙄😂

Customer support is atrocious when trying to get a refund as they want you to ship back to China at your expense. Eventually raised a dispute with my credit card provider to get reimbursed.
