My items didn’t arrive. The box had burst at the seams during shipping and only 1 out of the 12 oils I ordered was inside. I reached out to customer service over 7 times through emails and never heard back. I had to open a case in PayPal to get my money back. Even when that claim was filed, this company couldn’t be bothered to respond. Worst (nonexistent would be more accurate) customer service I have ever experienced. I spent over $500 with this company in the past 8 months and they couldn’t even be bothered to help with the issue. I definitely won’t be a returning customer again.
