The website is VERY difficult to navigate and not user friendly. Also the oils arrive leaking every now and then. Finally, the bottle seal gets stuck in the nozzle and is hard to remove. Love love the products tho.

Haus is pretty quick with shipping. If there is anything I would suggest. Ensure bottle caps are secured. Sometimes there is leakage. Thankfully, very minimal. But Haus cares about packaging so I think somethings might be unavoidable. Overall I will continue to order from them.
