Davines has the WORST customer service. I received my order with a couple items that had burst open. Everything was covered with products. Some products, only had a little bit of shampoo or conditioner.
I contacted Davines, explained what happened, sent photos, and was told if I wanted a replacement or refund, I needed to mail the faulty products back at MY EXPENSE. I contacted Davines, again, and was told if I didn't send it back, they would replace faulty items with a travel size!
