See my previous post. I paid for the shampoo over 17 days ago and still have not received the product. I only received the conditioner. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and was told it would be shipped out but it still has not. I’m extremely disappointed that my money was taken and I never got the shampoo. It’s very expensive to not be given good customer service. Will continue trying to get a resolution to this but I’m pretty disgusted with the whole thing
