Appreciated the refund for the purchase of what I thought was Heart of Glass Silkening Shampoo - didn't notice the name had changed when ordering and an easy mistake to make on your site. When I received the refund and attempted to reorder but couldn't find this product on the site I was informed that it was no longer available. Helpful to learn this at the time the refund was issued (& disappointed that the previous version is no longer available ) but appreciated the quick response & support
