I was charged and never received my large order! Extremely frustrated. I have been trying to contact customer service via email and they are not answering any questions. My address was CLEARLY entered in the order but they shipped it to a different address hundreds of miles away!! When I inquire they completely ignore the issue. I have used these products exclusively for years but I’m about done!! Awful customer service with no accountability!!!
